As you may have been reading on our Facebook and Twitter pages, we now are proud to offer you our new product range - Farmgate.
So without further ado we are going to break down what it is you need to know.
We will start with our chicken range.
We will release articles for you, based on the Farmgate range and who it is for.
Feeding guide for replacement laying birds
Farmgate Chick Crumbs ACS - these are specifically formulated to be fed to day old chicks, getting them off to a healthy start. Fortified with all the essential vitamins and trace minerals. Farmgate Chick Crumbs ACS should be the first choice for feed for the early period of a bird's life.
Feed ad-lib from day old to approx 5/6 weeks of age. Hybrid laying strains will eat approximately 1kg over this period.
Farmgate Rearer ACS Pellet - this is a well balanced poultry grower ration that contains optimal levels of amino acids and minerals required for strong healthly growth, a good skeletal structure and feather development.
Feed from 6/7 weeks of age up to 16 weeks of age. Ensure that Farmgate laying feed is introduced at least a week before the first egg.
